When my children were small, we loved camping the in Poconos. We loved the area so much that we’d always find time to look at some Pocono vacation homes. When you combine the fact that the Pocono Mountains are a relatively short drive from New Jersey and the New York City area, you begin to appreciate it’s wide appeal. Besides location, the Pocono mountain area offers quaint little towns, beautiful lakes and parks and the security of private communities for its visitors and residents.
